Who are Partners?
The Triple Play Pay portal houses reporting dashboards, client enrollment and management, and transaction rate and payout settings for partners and merchants. Partners are ISVs and Agents whose accounts act as parent accounts to their child merchant accounts. With Triple Play Pay, merchants receive the transaction rates that their parent accounts set. Revenue Share, or "Rev Share", for partners is calculated from these transaction rates.
Enrolling Merchants
Individually Enroll a Single Merchant
How to anually enroll an individual merchant with a form:
- Go to your Clients page and click on your Business Account.
- In the Client Details section, you will see a link labeled Enrollment Link. This link is unique to your client account.
- Copy the link and open it in a new tab. You can bookmark the page for quick access on-the-go.
- To enroll a merchant, fill out the form with the merchant's details. If you wish, enter a transaction rate mark-up and/or a fee if the client has agreed to pay you a portion of their total volume.
- Click the "Send Click to Agree Form" button. This will send a link to the merchant via email where they must input their required business details and agree to our Terms & Conditions. Here is an example of the form with some default data (please do not send this form).
Batch-Enroll Merchants
Enroll multiple merchants by completing and sending us a Batch Enrollment Spreadsheet.
Copy this document into your own Google or Excel sheet, fill it out with each merchant on their own line of the spreadsheet (view additional instructions here), and email it to csm@tripleplaypay.com.
What to have handy when you fill out this spreadsheet:
- Your account ID. To get this, go to "Clients" in the navigation bar of the portal and click on your business account. It will be visible at the top of the page that pops up.
- Your approved MCC codes (each merchant needs to be designated an MCC code).
- All merchant DBA names, full legal names, contact details, owners/principles, and transaction accounts.

What comes next?
Once a merchant completes the Click-to-Agree form that they receive in their inbox,
the Triple Play Pay Customer Success Team will run completion and regulatory checks.
With all tests passed, a newly-enrolled merchant can go live within
one business day, if not only a few hours after completing their Click-to-Agree form.
Upon approval, the client will receive
an email with their approval and link to the Triple Play Pay portal and digital terminal page. Partners have visibility of
all of their onboarding and live clients in their client list under the "Clients" tab of the portal. Refresh the list to load updated data.
